Job summary

Transaction Network Services seeks an experienced network engineering professional to support the Financial Markets infrastructure. You will monitor core IP networks, raise and triage incidents, and collaborate with global NOC teams to ensure rapid restoration of services.

The role demands hands-on experience with Cisco/Arista/Juniper routers and diverse routing protocols, with strong communication for customer-facing support and change management adherence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in network operations or NOC environments.
• Strong TCP/IP, VPN, and MPLS troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with Cisco, Arista, and Juniper routers/switches.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24x7 IP Desk support in a global team on a rotating schedule.
• Raise incident tickets and triage using runbooks.
• Coordinate with NOC engineers and escalate to resolve incidents quickly.
• Perform network maintenance/change management per policy.
• Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
