Job summary

Transaction Network Services is seeking a technically skilled IP Desk specialist to support the Global IP Desk in maintaining the stability and availability of the Financial Markets infrastructure. You will handle incident tickets, perform triage, and coordinate with NOC engineers across a 24x7 rotating schedule.

The role requires hands-on experience with Cisco/Arista/Juniper routers and switches, strong TCP/IP and MPLS knowledge, and ITIL familiarity. Financial markets experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial markets support or NOC environments preferred.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, VPN, MPLS networks.
• Familiarity with OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, RIP, IS-IS protocols.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24x7 IP Desk coverage in a global team on a rotation basis.
• Raise incident tickets and triage using runbooks.
• Coordinate network maintenance and change management activities.
• Engage NOC engineers to resolve incidents to resolution.
• Provide after-hours escalation support as required.
• Support global large-scale TCP/IP, VPN, and MPLS networks.
