Transaction Network Services (TNS) is seeking a Field Support Engineer to help maintain the stability and availability of our Global IP Desk services for the Financial Markets infrastructure. You will raise service incidents, coordinate with engineering, and ensure high-quality customer support.

The role requires hands-on routing and network experience across Cisco/Arista/Juniper devices, plus ITIL practices and strong communication skills in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with global TCP/IP, VPN and MPLS networks.
• Hands-on configuration of Cisco, Arista and Juniper routers and switches.
• Vendor management with Cisco and Juniper TAC.
• Second-level network and protocol troubleshooting.
• Experience in a financial markets support role.
• ITIL Certification.

Responsabilités

• Provide support of global large scale TCP/IP, VPN and MPLS networks.
• Troubleshoot Cisco, Arista and Juniper routers and switches.
• Coordinate network maintenance and change management activities.
• Provide on-call escalation support on a rotating schedule.
• Incident management to restore services with minimal impact.
• Monitor and respond to inbound customer communications and tickets.
• Work as part of a 24x7 IP Desk rotation.
