Job summary

Transaction Network Services seeks a Network Operations professional to support global IP Desk operations, ensuring stability and availability of the Financial Markets infrastructure and services. You will handle incident tickets, triage, and escalation, with a focus on reliable routing, VPN and MPLS networks.

The role requires hands-on experience with Cisco/Arista/Juniper devices, strong IP routing knowledge, and customer-facing communication.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience with troubleshooting circuits.
• 3-5 years of experience with Network Operations and Troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication, customer, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide support of global large scale TCP/IP, VPN and MPLS networks including OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, RIP, IS-IS protocols.
• Hands-on configuration and troubleshooting of Cisco, Arista and Juniper routers and switches.
• Incident management and triage for network issues with escalation to NOC engineers.
• Coordinate network maintenance and change management activities.
• Provide on-call escalation support including after-hours rotation.
