HDR, Inc. seeks a Global Mining Practice Business Development Leader to drive growth, engage strategic accounts and lead major mining pursuits across geographies. You will align HDR’s capabilities—mining, water, environmental, power, and advisory resources—with client needs and differentiated solutions.

The role requires 15+ years in mining, strong leadership, and exceptional communication. Primary location is North America with global scope; occasional travel is expected as part of HDR’s growth

Qualificações

• 15+ years of relevant mining-industry experience.
• Self-starter with limited oversight in delivering large programs.
• Proven ability to win high-value, multidisciplinary mining assignments.
• Experience in sales and developing win strategies for A/E/C projects.
• Strong financial acumen and negotiation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel to multiple locations in North America and abroad.
• Experience growing programs in new or competitive markets.

Responsabilidades

• Lead global mining practice growth including bookings, revenue and market share.
• Build strategic client relationships with mining companies and partners.
• Drive major pursuits with capture planning and proposal strategy.
• Shape market strategy based on commodity outlooks and client plans.
• Coordinate across HDR groups to deploy integrated mining capabilities.
• Develop and mentor regional business development leaders and pursuit teams.
• Represent HDR in mining associations and client forums.
