HDR, Inc. is seeking a Global Mining Practice Business Development Leader to drive growth across mining markets worldwide. You will lead client engagements, major pursuits, and market strategy while coordinating HDR’s global resources.

The role focuses on building strategic accounts, forming durable partnerships, and guiding teams to win high-value contracts. Strong sector knowledge, communication skills, and a track record of North American and international growth are essential.

Competenze

• Minimum 15 years relevant industry experience.
• Self-starter with limited oversight.
• Strong knowledge of procurement of professional services.
• Ability to motivate and inspire others.
• Ability to build a network of clients and industry partners.
• Experience in sales and developing win strategies.
• Strong financial acumen and negotiation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience growing programs in new or highly competitive markets.
• Experience winning high-value contracts in the A/E/C industry.
• Experience writing compelling content based on information from technical staff.
