You will development growth strategies, manage strategic accounts, and coordinate HDR’s integrated capabilities to deliver differentiated value for mining clients worldwide.

The role requires deep mining industry knowledge, leadership experience, and ability to travel across North America, Europe and Australia to expand HDR’s market presence.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree asset.
• 15+ years in mining or related A/E/C industries.
• Proven track record growing strategic accounts in NA, Europe, or Australia.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead global business development strategy to grow bookings, revenue and market share.
• Build strategic client relationships as trusted advisor to mining clients and partners.
• Lead capture planning and proposal strategy for complex mining opportunities.
• Shape market strategy by translating commodity outlooks and investment patterns into priorities.
• Coordinate across HDR groups to deploy integrated mining solutions.
• Develop and mentor regional BD leaders and client managers.
