HDR, Inc. is seeking a Global Mining Practice Business Development Leader to drive client engagement, strategic accounts and market growth across a dynamic global mining sector. You will lead major pursuits, shape market strategy and align HDR’s capabilities with client needs.

This role requires deep industry knowledge, long-standing relationships and willingness to travel extensively. You will partner with mining, water, environmental, power and advisory teams to build a durable growth strategy

Formación

• Minimum of 15 years relevant industry experience.
• Self-starter with a track record of delivering projects with limited oversight.
• Deep knowledge of procurement of professional services in A/E/C.
• Demonstrated ability to grow programs and win high-value contracts.
• Strong communication, relationships and travel willingness.

Responsabilidades

• Lead global mining business development strategy to grow bookings, revenue, backlog and market share.
• Build strategic client relationships and act as trusted advisor to mining companies and partners.
• Lead major pursuits with capture planning and proposal strategy.
• Translate market outlooks and capital plans into account and geography priorities.
• Coordinate HDR capabilities across groups to deliver integrated mining solutions.
• Coach and mentor regional business development leaders and client managers.
• Represent HDR in mining associations and client forums to strengthen market presence.
