You will lead strategy, capture planning and cross-disciplinary collaboration to win high-value work and expand HDR’s market presence. Ideal candidates bring 15+ years in mining, strong leadership, and a proven ability to translate client needs into growth opportunities across North America and international

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, geology, environmental science or business; advanced degree is an asset.
• Professional registration in engineering, geoscience or related field or equivalent senior mining experience.
• Proven record of winning high-value, multidisciplinary mining assignments and developing strategic accounts in multiple regions.

Responsibilities

• Lead global mining practice growth with bookings, revenue and market share targets.
• Build strategic client relationships as trusted advisor to mining companies and partners.
• Lead capture planning and proposal strategy for complex mining opportunities.
• Shape market strategy with commodity outlooks and regional investment patterns.
• Coordinate HDR capabilities across mining, water, environmental and advisory resources to serve clients.
• Coach and mentor regional leaders in account planning and pursuit management.
• Represent HDR in mining associations and client forums to strengthen market visibility.
