Colliers is seeking a Senior Lease Analyst - RENT to manage lease administration across major accounts within a global framework. You will partner with clients and internal teams to maintain contract details, prepare reports, and drive the rent-related processes and governance.

Responsibilities include tracking expirations, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring ASC 842/IFRS 16 compliance. The role emphasizes accuracy, communication, and proactive risk management in a dynamic environment.

Formación

• 5+ years of lease administration experience in commercial real estate.
• Bachelor's or associate degree in business, real estate, or related field preferred.
• Experience with multi‑site, global accounts (hundreds to thousands of leases).
• Strong MS Office skills; familiarity with lease databases.
• Knowledge of US GAAP (ASC 842) and IFRS 16 preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the main client contact for global lease administration matters.
• Understand client portfolio strategy and service expectations.
• Maintain lease data, boundaries of scope, and billing details in WorkTrac.
• Conduct regular client reviews with portfolio updates and reports.
• Develop governance programs, cadence, and communication plans.
• Track expirations, option dates, and critical lease information.
• Oversee global team delivering services per contract.
• Prepare and review lease-related financial statements and rent schedules.
• Manage vendor invoices and ensure charges align with leases.
• Assist with audits and transition onboarding for new accounts.
