Job summary

Colliers is seeking a Senior Lease Analyst to oversee lease administration for global accounts, managing client relationships and service delivery. The role emphasizes rent presentment, payment processes, and governance across a large portfolio.

You will coordinate with a global team, ensure contract adherence, and provide monthly financial disclosures and reports, leveraging Colliers360 and WorkTrac. A strong background in real estate and accounting is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in commercial real estate lease administration or accounting.
• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in business, real estate, or related field preferred.
• Experience with lease database applications (Visual Lease, ProLease, CoStar, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP/IFRS accounting principles; ability to generate reports.
• Proven ability to manage large global accounts and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main contact for clients and internal stakeholders on global lease administration matters.
• Understand client portfolio strategy, service expectations, and scope of work details.
• Maintain lease agreements including boundaries of work, billing, and payee information in the system.
• Lead portfolio reviews, deliver performance reports, and governance programs.
• Track expirations, option dates, and critical lease milestones; report variances.
