Job summary

Colliers is seeking a Senior Lease Analyst - RENT to manage Lease Administration functions, client and vendor relationships, and develop schedules, reports, and processes for the Lease Administration team. The role focuses on global rent presentment or rent payment activities within a high-complexity environment.

You will act as the main contact for clients and internal stakeholders, maintain client agreements, and drive governance programs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in commercial real estate lease administration or related fields.
• Bachelor’s or associate degree in business, accounting, or real estate preferred.
• Experience with major CRE databases and global account management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for clients and internal stakeholders on global lease administration matters.
• Maintain understanding of client agreements, scope of work, billing, and payee information.
• Prepare and present portfolio updates, metrics, and performance reports.
• Track expirations, option dates, and other critical lease information.
• Oversee and ensure global team delivers services per client process and contract.
• Assist with onboarding and transition processes for new accounts.
