Job summary

Colliers is seeking a Senior Lease Analyst - RENT to manage Lease Administration for medium to large accounts with global scope. You will be the primary client contact, oversee rent presentment, and coordinate with global teams to ensure accurate lease data, billing, and reconciliations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in commercial real estate lease administration and/or accounting.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, or related field preferred.
• Experience with major lease admin platforms (e.g., Visual Lease, ProLease, WorkTrac).
• Strong understanding of lease terms, rent, CAM, and ASC 842/IFRS 16.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for clients and internal stakeholders on global lease administration matters.
• Track expirations, option exercise dates, and critical lease information.
• Prepare and present portfolio updates, key metrics, and reports.
• Manage vendor invoices and ensure charges align with contracts and agreements.
• Oversee and mentor a global lease admin team and onboarding of new accounts.
