Job summary

Colliers is seeking a Senior Lease Analyst - RENT to manage Lease Administration for large, global accounts. You will oversee data integrity, client communications, and billing processes across multiple leases and markets.

The role emphasizes governance, reporting, and collaboration with global teams to ensure accurate rent presentment and payments while adhering to US GAAP/IFRS standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in commercial real estate lease administration or related fields.
• Experience with multi-line global accounts and large portfolios.
• Understanding of lease abstracts, rent, CAM, and operating expenses.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for clients and internal stakeholders on global lease administration.
• Maintain client agreements, scope, fee structure, billing, and contracts in WorkTrac.
• Lead portfolio updates, metrics, and performance reports with clients.
• Develop governance programs: reporting cadence, communications, and business reviews.
• Track expirations, option dates, and critical lease data.
• Oversee and QC abstraction, input of rental obligations per client standards.
• Review invoices, pass-throughs, and rent-related charges with landlords.
