Job summary

Colliers is seeking a Senior Lease Analyst to manage Lease Administration for large, global accounts and rent activities. You will serve as primary client contact, oversee contract data in WorkTrac, and coordinate with a global team using dashboards and lease platforms.

The role emphasizes governance, reporting, risk mitigation, and collaboration with colleagues across regions. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in lease administration or related fields and strong knowledge of US GAAP (ASC 842) and

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in commercial real estate lease administration or accounting
• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in business, accounting, real estate, or similar field
• Experience with lease database applications (Visual Lease, APEX, ProLease, CoStar, WorkTrac, Lucernex, Planon, Manhattan)
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP (ASC 842) and IFRS 16
• Ability to work autonomously, potentially remote, with solid time management skills

Responsibilities

• Serve as main client contact for global lease administration matters
• Maintain understanding of client agreements including scope, fees, billing frequency and payee information
• Prepare and present portfolio updates, metrics, and performance reports
• Drive client governance programs with reporting cadence and business reviews
• Track expirations and option exercise dates; manage contract data in WorkTrac
• Oversee monthly client billing and pass-through expenses per contract
