Job summary

Colliers seeks a Senior Lease Analyst - RENT to manage lease administration for large, complex accounts within a global framework. You will own data, governance, and reporting, ensure contract compliance, and coordinate with vendors and clients across regions.

The role emphasizes rent presentment, payment activities, and strong client relationships. 5+ years in lease administration and familiarity with major lease databases are expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in commercial real estate lease administration or related fields.
• Bachelor or associate degree in business, accounting or real estate preferred.
• Experience with lease databases such as Visual Lease, ProLease or WorkTrac.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main contact for clients and internal stakeholders on global lease matters.
• Maintain client agreements, scope, billing, and payee information in systems.
• Lead meetings to present portfolio updates and performance reports.
• Manage expirations, option exercise dates, and critical lease data.
• Oversee global team delivery per contract and client processes.
• Prepare lease-related financial statements, schedules, and reconciliations.
