Job summary

Colliers is seeking a Senior Lease Analyst to manage lease administration for medium to large, complex accounts within a global framework. You will oversee rent presentment and rent payment activities, maintain client contracts in WorkTrac, and drive governance, reporting, and issue resolution.

The role emphasizes strong client relationships, data accuracy, and collaboration with a global team to deliver services per client contracts and ASC 842/IFRS 16 guidance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial real estate lease administration or accounting.
• Bachelor’s/Associate degree in business, accounting or real estate.
• Experience with CRE database applications such as Visual Lease, APEX, ProLease, CoStar, WorkTrac, Lucernex, Planon, Manhattan.
• Experience with global accounts and 1,000+ leases.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for clients and internal stakeholders on global lease administration matters.
• Understand client objectives, real estate portfolio strategy, and service expectations.
• Maintain client contracts in WorkTrac, including scope, fees and payee information.
• Conduct regular meetings to present portfolio updates, metrics and reports.
• Monitor and communicate expirations, option dates and critical lease data.
• Oversee global team delivering services per contract and process standards.
