Job summary

Colliers is seeking a Senior Lease Analyst - RENT to manage Lease Administration for medium to large accounts, often within a global framework with emphasis on rent presentment or payment activities. You will serve as the main contact for clients and internal stakeholders on global lease matters, maintain client agreements, and drive performance reporting across portfolios.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in commercial real estate lease administration or related fields.
• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in business, real estate, or accounting.
• Experience with lease databases like Visual Lease, ProLease, WorkTrac.
• Ability to manage large global accounts and remote work.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main contact for clients and stakeholders on global lease matters.
• Maintain understanding of client agreements, scope, billing, and payees.
• Lead portfolio updates, metrics, and performance reporting.
• Develop governance programs, cadence, and reviews.
• Track expirations and option dates; manage rent-related info.
• Oversee and QC abstraction and lease data in systems.
