Job summary

CPC (Colder Products Company) in the United States is seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to lead large accounts in hyperscalers and channel partners within Thermal Management.

You will build account plans, grow opportunities, negotiate contracts, conduct product trainings, and leverage CRM to support global customers, with travel up to 75% internationally. Fluency in Mandarin and English is required; a technical degree and 5+ years in customer-facing roles are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in customer-facing technical or sales roles.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English, written and spoken.
• Strong negotiation and project-management skills.
• Experience with CRM programs and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to travel up to 75% internationally.

Responsibilities

• Manage large accounts focusing on hyperscalers, liquid-cooling integrators, and channel partners.
• Identify and develop new opportunities with strategic customers in Thermal Management.
• Build relationships with partners, influencers, and customers.
• Collaborate with global teams to support customers and win specifications.
• Negotiate and manage pricing and contracts.
• Conduct product training sessions for partners and customers.
• Develop penetration, expansion, and product adoption strategies.
• Utilize VOC to position products and maximize market penetration.
• Leverage CRM to track opportunities and details.
• Represent CPC at Thermal Management events and trade shows.
