Job summary

CPC (Colder Products Company) in the San Francisco Bay Area is seeking an Applications Development Manager, Thermal Management - Western North America. You will lead customer-facing initiatives, develop opportunities with strategic customers, and drive product adoption.

You will collaborate with engineering and sales teams, manage key accounts, and leverage CRM while traveling up to 50%. CPC offers a strong benefits package and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years in customer-facing technical or sales roles; 5+ years preferred.
• Ability to work with engineers, purchasing and upper management.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new opportunities with strategic Thermal Management customers.
• Build relationships with strategic customers, influencers and partners.
• Conduct regular product training for targeted strategic customers in Thermal Management.
• Manage key accounts.
• Develop strategies for penetration, expansion, and adoption of products in Thermal Management networks.
• Be a technical resource and point person with the commercial team.
• Leverage CRM to manage opportunities and large account management.
• Participate in Thermal Management events and trade shows.
