Job summary

GovCIO is seeking an International Support Lead for the TSA Focus contract. The role leads IT support operations across TSA’s international locations, supervising engineers and coordinating incident resolution.

The position ensures system uptime, implements IT process improvements, and develops SOPs while working remotely on a global scope. Clearance requirements apply (US citizenship for DHS/TSA clearance).

Qualifications

• Minimum 12+ years managing IT field services in an international setting.
• Proven ability to lead large teams and coordinate complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT support operations for TSA international locations and ensure uptime.
• Supervise engineers and coordinate incident resolution.
• Implement IT processes and standard operating procedures.
• Coordinate all international support globally with the DPM Global Operations Manager.
