Job summary

GovCIO is seeking an International Support Lead for the TSA Focus contract. The role leads IT support operations for TSA's international locations, supervising engineers and coordinating incident resolution.

The position is fully remote and requires US citizenship for DHS/TSA clearance. The ideal candidate will have extensive international field services experience, strong strategic leadership, and a track record of implementing IT processes and SOPs across global teams.

Qualifications

• 8 years experience in managing, directing, and leading IT Field Services in an International setting, including deskside support, mobility support, deployment services, asset management inventory assistance, video conferencing and A/V O&M, and local on-site cabling
• Clearance Required: US citizenship is required to attain and maintain a DHS/TSA clearance
