Job summary

GovCIO is currently hiring for an International Support Lead for our TSA Focus contract. Lead IT support operations for TSA's International Locations, ensuring system uptime and operational readiness. Supervises engineers and coordinates incident resolution.

This position will be fully remote. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in international IT support, with strong leadership to coordinate global teams and ensure DHS/TSA clearance requirements are met.

Qualifications

• 8 years experience in managing, directing, and leading IT Field Services in an International setting.
• Clearance required: US citizenship to attain DHS/TSA clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT support operations for TSA's International Locations.
• Supervise engineers and coordinate incident resolution.
• Implement IT process improvements and standard operating procedures.
• Coordinate all International support globally in collaboration with the DPM Global Operations Manager.
