Job summary

GovCIO is seeking an International Support Lead to manage IT field services for TSA's international locations, ensuring uptime and operational readiness. The role includes supervising engineers, coordinating incidents, and implementing improvements to processes and SOPs.

The position is fully remote and requires US citizenship for DHS/TSA clearance, with extensive international collaboration and global support responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 8 years experience in managing, directing, and leading IT Field Services in an International setting, including deskside support, mobility support, deployment services, asset management inventory assistance, video conferencing and A/V O&M, and local on-site cabling
• Clearance Required: US citizenship is required to attain and maintain a DHS/TSA clearance

Responsibilities

• Leads IT support operations for TSA's International Locations, ensuring system uptime and operational readiness.
• Supervises engineers and coordinates incident resolution.
• Implements IT process improvements and standard operating procedures.
• Coordinates all International support across the globe in close collaboration with the DPM Global Operations Manager.
