You will supervise engineers and coordinate cross-continental support in collaboration with the Global Operations Manager. The position is fully remote, requiring US citizenship for DHS/TSA clearance.

Qualifications

• High School Degree with 12+ yrs experience
• Clearance Level: US citizenship is required to attain and maintain a DHS/TSA clearance

Responsibilities

• Leads IT support operations for TSA's International Locations.
