Job summary

GovCIO is seeking an International Support Lead for the TSA Focus contract. The role leads IT support operations across TSA’s international locations, supervising engineers and coordinating incident resolution.

The position ensures system uptime, implements IT process improvements, and develops SOPs while working remotely on a global scope. Clearance requirements apply (US citizenship for DHS/TSA clearance).

Qualifications

• Minimum 12+ years managing IT field services in an international setting.
• Proven ability to lead large teams and coordinate complex projects.

Job description

GovCIO is currently hiring for an International Support Lead for our newly awarded TSA Focus contract. Leads IT support operations for TSA's International Locations, ensuring system uptime and operational readiness. Supervises engineers and coordinates incident resolution. Implements IT process improvements and standard operating procedures. Coordinates all International support across the globe in close collaboration with the DPM Global Operations Manager. This position will be fully remote

Responsibilities

• Basic Qualifications
  • 8 years experience in managing, directing, and leading IT Field Services in an International setting, including deskside support, mobility support, deployment services, asset management inventory assistance, video conferencing and A/V O&M, and local on-site cabling
  • Possesses strong strategic management leadership and interpersonal skills, applies domain expertise to make decisive problem-solving decisions, and effectively plans and coordinates complex project implementations

Clearance Required: US citizenship is required to attain and maintain a DHS/TSA clearance

Qualifications
