GovCIO is seeking an International Support Lead to manage IT field services for TSA international locations. The role requires leading engineers, coordinating incident resolution, and implementing IT processes across a global footprint.

The position is fully remote and involves close collaboration with global operations leadership. Applicants should have 8+ years of international IT leadership experience and hold US citizenship for DHS/TSA clearance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years managing IT Field Services in an international setting including deskside support, mobility, deployment, asset inventory, A/V O&M, and on-site cabling.
• Clearance: US citizenship required for DHS/TSA clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT field support operations for TSA international locations and ensure uptime and readiness.
• Supervise engineers, coordinate incident resolution, and drive process improvements.
• Coordinate global international support with the DPM Global Operations Manager.
