Job summary

GovCIO is seeking a Regional Service Delivery Manager to oversee complex IT service delivery under the TSA Focus contract. The role is fully remote in the United States and requires senior leadership of a large-user-support function.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years of experience, citizenship for DHS/TSA clearance, and a proven ability to drive end-to-end program delivery in a government context.

Qualifications

• 15 years experience leading the user support function of a large agency-wide IT contract.
• Experience serving a user community of about 80K agency personnel.
• US citizenship and ability to obtain DHS/TSA clearance.

Responsibilities

• Create integrated project plans for contract deliverables and new products.
• Manage a project team across disciplines and monitor budgets and schedules.
• Identify issues, implement resolutions, and report progress to leadership.
• Coordinate vendor tasks and review deliverables for quality and timeliness.
• Lead project meetings and track performance against goals.
