Transaction Network Services is seeking a Field Support Engineer to join the Global IP Desk. You will handle on-site and remote support for TCP/IP networks, VPNs, and MPLS, resolving complex routing and protocol issues while coordinating with Cisco, Arista, and Juniper TAC for escalations.

The role requires 3–5 years in network operations, ITIL knowledge, and the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of hands-on network troubleshooting experience.
• Experience with large-scale TCP/IP networks and enterprise routing.
• Familiarity with financial markets support preferred.

Aufgaben

• Provide on-site technical or non-technical product support to customers.
• Resolve IP network issues, including routing and protocol problems.
• Open and manage incident tickets with vendor TACs as needed.
• Coordinate network maintenance and change management activities.
• Provide after-hours on-call escalation on a rotating schedule.
• Support NOC readiness and handover for project acceptance.
• Maintain communication with clients and internal teams to ensure service continuity.
