Job summary

Transaction Network Services is seeking a Field Support professional to provide on-site and remote technical support within the Financial Markets-focused Global IP Desk. The role entails troubleshooting global TCP/IP networks, VPNs, and MPLS, with hands-on work on Cisco, Arista, and Juniper equipment, plus escalation to TAC when needed.

This customer-facing position requires strong communication, incident management, and a solid understanding of IP networking, routing protocols, and data center

Qualifications

• Experience with TCP/IP, VPN, MPLS networking.
• Hands-on configuration of network devices (Cisco, Arista, Juniper).
• Experience supporting NOC environments and incident management.
• ITIL Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical or non-technical product support to customers.
• Raise and track incident tickets, coordinate with NOC engineers and vendors.
• Monitor and troubleshoot global TCP/IP, VPN, MPLS networks and related protocols.
• Assist in change management activities and after-hours on-call support.
