Job summary

Transaction Network Services seeks a Field Support Engineer to join the Global IP Desk, providing on-site technical and non-technical support for the Financial Markets infrastructure.

You will handle IP routing, VPN, and MPLS issues, work with Cisco/Arista/Juniper devices, and escalate to engineering as needed. The role requires networking, datacenter exposure, and strong customer communication.

Qualifications

• Experience with TCP/IP, VPN, MPLS networks.
• Hands-on configuration of Cisco, Arista and Juniper devices.
• ITIL Certification.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• 3–5 years of network operations and troubleshooting.
• Understanding of Financial Markets and exchanges.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and incident support for TCP/IP, VPN, MPLS networks.
• Perform hands-on configuration and troubleshooting of Cisco, Arista and Juniper devices.
• Coordinate with TAC and vendor support for issue resolution.
• Manage incident tickets and provide escalation as needed.
• Support 24x7 IP Desk coverage on a rotation basis.
• Ensure quality service and customer satisfaction.
