Job summary

Transaction Network Services is seeking a skilled Field Support Engineer to deliver on-site and remote technical support for global IP networks. You will handle TCP/IP, VPN, and MPLS issues, perform device configuration on Cisco, Arista, and Juniper gear, and work with TAC and the NOC to resolve incidents efficiently.

The role requires strong routing knowledge (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, RIP, IS-IS), ITIL processes, and experience supporting financial markets infrastructure and data centers.

Qualifications

• Proficient in TCP/IP, VPN and MPLS networking.
• Hands-on configuration of Cisco/Arista/Juniper devices.
• Experience with network incident and change management.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote technical or non-technical product support.
• Resolve network issues including IP routing and hardware problems.
• Escalate to TAC and coordinate with NOC for incident resolution.
• Support 24x7 IP Desk coverage on a rotation basis.
• Maintain and update tickets to ensure customer peace of mind.
