Transaction Network Services is seeking a Field Support Engineer to provide on-site and remote assistance for global IP networks within the Financial Markets sector. You will handle incident tickets, assist with network maintenance, and coordinate with TAC teams to resolve complex routing and hardware issues.

You will work with Cisco, Arista and Juniper devices, support OSPF/BGP/EIGRP/RIP/IS-IS, and participate in 24x7 coverage on a rotating schedule.

Competenze

• Strong TCP/IP, VPN and MPLS troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with Cisco, Arista and Juniper devices.
• Excellent incident management and ticketing abilities.
• Finance industry knowledge is preferred.
• ITIL Certification is a plus.

Mansioni

• Provide on-site support for global TCP/IP, VPN and MPLS networks.
• Configure and troubleshoot Cisco, Arista, and Juniper routers/switches.
• Coordinate with Cisco/Juniper TAC and vendors.
• Manage incidents and tickets to restore services with minimal impact.
• Work in 24x7 rotation with global NOC support.
• Engage in change management and readiness for handovers.
