Job summary

Transaction Network Services is seeking a Field Support Engineer to provide on-site technical and non-technical product support for financial markets infrastructure. You will resolve complex IP routing issues, manage tickets, and coordinate with vendors and engineering teams to maintain service stability.

The role requires hands-on experience with Cisco/Arista/Juniper routers and switches, IP/MPLS networks, and strong communication with customers.

Qualifications

• TCP/IP and IP networking fundamentals, routing protocols
• Experience with large-scale enterprise networks and data centers
• ITIL framework familiarity and incident management skills
• Strong customer-facing communication and time management abilities

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site support for global TCP/IP, VPN and MPLS networks
• Troubleshoot Cisco/Arista/Juniper routers and switches
• Raise and manage incident tickets with vendor escalation as needed
• Participate in 24x7 NOC coverage on a rotation basis
• Coordinate with Change Management and project handovers
• Deliver high-quality support to financial markets clients
