Job summary

Transaction Network Services seeks an experienced Field Support Engineer to join our Global IP Desk. You will provide on-site and remote support for large-scale TCP/IP, VPN, and MPLS networks, addressing complex routing and hardware issues across Cisco, Arista, and Juniper platforms.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in network operations, ITIL certification, and strong communication skills to coordinate with customers and vendors. A hands-on, problem-solving mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years' experience troubleshooting circuits.
• 3-5 years' experience with Network Operations.
• ITIL Certification.
• Experience with Change Management Processes.
• Experience in a financial markets support role.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide support of global TCP/IP, VPN and MPLS networks.
• Hands-on configuration and troubleshooting of Cisco, Arista and Juniper devices.
• Vendor management with Cisco and Juniper TAC.
• Second-level network and protocol troubleshooting.
• On-call escalation support on a rotating schedule.
• 24x7 IP Desk coverage as part of a global team.
• Incident management to restore clients' services.
