Job summary

Nscale is hiring a Senior Manager, Internal Communications to build and run the machinery behind how our company communicates. Based on the East Coast with London/West Coast collaboration, you’ll own channels, standards and change communications, ensuring information reaches employees clearly across time zones.

You will lead the editorial process, governance, and measurement to keep our distributed team aligned as we scale, delivering high-quality, timely communications across the organization.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in internal or employee communications in tech, high-growth, or global businesses.
• Hands-on ownership of internal channels: intranet, Slack, and company-wide email.
• Ability to build process for intake, governance, and editorial calendars.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills; able to simplify complex topics.
• Strong judgment to uphold standards with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operation of internal channels: intranet, Slack, email.
• Improve intranet content calendar, taxonomy, search quality.
• Set Slack governance and channel norms.
• Publish company newsletters and updates.
• Build intake and governance processes for requests.
• Own editorial calendar as single source of truth.
• Lead change communications delivery and assets.
• Measure and report on reach and engagement.
