Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, journalism, marketing, or related field.
• 5–7 years of internal communications, employee engagement, HR communications, or corporate communications.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex information into clear, engaging content.
• Experience managing communication channels such as intranets, newsletters, and town hall meetings.
• Strong project management abilities and cross-functional collaboration across HR, leaders, and teams.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment with sensitive information.
• Influence without direct authority and build cross-functional relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute MGA’s internal communications strategy with the SVP of HR and business leaders.
• Ensure internal messaging supports company goals and culture initiatives.
• Manage creation/distribution of newsletters, announcements, FAQs, talking points, and leadership messages.
• Advise HR leadership on communication strategies for organizational change and confidential programs.
• Draft and support executive communications for senior leadership and town halls.
• Oversee intranet/digital screens and company-wide communications platforms.
