Qualifications

• 8+ years of internal or corporate communications experience.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills with ability to translate complex topics into clear narratives for diverse audiences.
• Strong verbal communication skills and executive presence.
• Demonstrated ability to operate strategically and tactically, owning communications from concept through execution.
• Experience developing and executing communications plans tied to key business priorities or moments.
• A strong editorial mindset and a clear point of view on effective internal communications.
• Sound judgment and discretion with sensitive information.
• Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative and adaptable, comfortable contributing across a lean team.
• Experience working across global teams and time zones.

Responsibilities

• Write, edit, and shape high-quality internal communications for a global employee audience, including leadership messages, firmwide updates, and strategic initiatives.
• Translate complex business topics, investment activity, and organizational priorities into clear, concise, and engaging communications.
• Contribute creative, channel-appropriate content ideas across formats.
• Apply strong editorial judgment to ensure messaging aligns with the firm’s voice, values, and culture.
• Serve as a trusted communications partner to select teams and leaders, strengthening internal communication.
• Advise stakeholders on messaging, tone, structure, and delivery to elevate quality and impact.
• Identify opportunities where clearer internal communications improve understanding, alignment, or engagement.
• Offer perspectives that refine messaging approaches and collaborate across the firm on plans for key initiatives.
• Contribute to a cohesive internal communications program connecting employees across geographies and functions.
• Maintain and promote internal communications best practices, guidelines, and standards.
• Stay attuned to employee needs to evolve internal communications over time.
