Qualifications

• 3-5 years in internal communications, including employee and culture communications.
• Experience supporting global or distributed teams.
• Experience with change management communications deliverables (e.g., leader toolkits, FAQs, communications plans).

Responsibilities

• Draft and produce internal communications with cross-functional partners to ensure priorities and messaging are aligned with the overall company strategy and culture.
• Support change communications and change management efforts for major initiatives by drafting targeted stakeholder messaging, employee-facing resources, and intranet updates.
• Align communications deliverables to the internal communications strategy and plans that help achieve business objectives and support execution of strategic initiatives.
• Support the management of the internal communications calendar by coordinating timelines and tracking deliverables.
• Create and refine executive-ready narratives and presentations, translating complex information into clear, structured storylines with consistent messaging and visuals.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather input, clarify needs, and synthesize priorities from multiple perspectives into clear communication deliverables for a global audience.
• Continuously improve communication processes, templates, and ways of working.
