Job summary

Nscale is seeking a Senior Manager, Internal Communications to build and run the machinery behind how our company communicates. Based on the East Coast, you will own internal channels, standards, and processes, ensuring information reaches employees consistently across time zones and routes.

This hands-on role reports to the VP, Internal Communications and collaborates with London HQ and West Coast leadership.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in internal communications and change management.
• Strong editorial judgment and ability to set standards with senior stakeholders.
• Comfortable working across multiple time zones and distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day operation of internal communications channels (intranet, Slack, company email, newsletters).
• Own publishing rights and company-wide send permissions, ensuring timely and accurate communications across the organization.
• Build and maintain the editorial calendar as the single source of truth for announcements, launches, policies, and events.
• Deliver change and business communications plans, assets, and manager notes with sound judgment and discretion.
