• 10+ years of experience in internal communications
• Experience owning regional scope and leading company-wide projects
• Excellent written and verbal English with storytelling flair
• Autonomy, proactive communication, and time-zone coordination

• Curious, creative and data-driven with use of insights for decisions

Responsibilities

• Shape and scale the global internal communications strategy.
• Own NA internal comms milestones end to end with regional leadership.
• Lead global internal communications projects end to end.
• Create content and experiences through events, campaigns, video, and written content.
• Put processes, tools, and channels in place to drive dialogue and engagement.
• Use data and feedback to continuously raise the bar for internal communications.
