Nscale is seeking a Senior Manager, Internal Communications to lead how we inform and align a global team across eight time zones. You’ll own channels, governance, and change communications, shaping effective, timely and clear messages with senior stakeholders.

This is a hands-on, ownership-driven role reporting to the VP, Internal Communications and working across London, New York and the West Coast. You’ll build structure where needed, run the editorial calendar, and deliver high-impact

Qualifications

• Significant experience in internal or employee communications within tech/high-growth/global business.
• Hands-on experience owning internal communications channels (intranet, Slack, company email).
• Experience building intake, governance, and editorial calendars.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills to simplify complex topics for broad audiences.
• Strong judgment to set and enforce standards with senior stakeholders.
• Experience delivering communications for organisational, systems or policy changes.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operation of internal communications channels: intranet, Slack, company email and newsletters.
• Build and maintain the front door for communications requests with clear SLAs.
• Own publishing rights and company-wide send permissions while avoiding bottlenecks.
• Develop channel choreography and timelines for policy, systems and process changes.
• Produce assets like announcements, FAQs and manager notes with attention to detail.
• Measure and report on reach and engagement to drive continuous improvement.
