• Strategic Narrative & Global Business Partnership: Define and evolve organization narratives to drive alignment across regions (Brazil, Mexico, Colombia) and priorities.
• Change Management & Problem Solving: Lead large-scale transformation and crisis communication to protect reputation and guide employees.
• Channel Excellence & Governance: Set global standards for multi-channel comms (Confluence, Slack, newsletters, signage) with KPI tracking.
• Leadership & Influence: Engage senior stakeholders across regions to secure support for global internal comms programs.
