Job summary

EY seeks a Global Microsoft Industrial & Energy Alliance Relationship Director who will coordinate with Microsoft Global Alliance leadership and EY sector teams to drive growth across Industrial & Energy accounts. You will manage relationships, governance, and program execution to unlock joint opportunities.

The role requires deep industry knowledge, strong networking and a track record in alliance management, with a focus on field activation and compliance across priority accounts.

Qualifications

• Provide leadership in relationship management, governance oversight, marketing strategy, contract management, financial management, content management, operational support, strong relationship building skills and highly organized.
• Deep Industrial & Energy industry expertise and knowledge of market trends, regulatory and transformation priorities.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft ecosystem and how to position capabilities against transformation priorities.

Responsibilities

• Execute Microsoft Industrial & Energy alliance strategy aligned with global priorities and EY sector growth.
• Facilitate Microsoft–EY relationships and program management to mobilize strategic opportunities and drive action.
• Drive governance with clear accountability across service lines, sectors, priority accounts, and Microsoft counterparts.
• Provide actionable insights to EY and Microsoft leaders, including pipeline and activation visibility.
