Qualifications

• Leadership in relationship management, governance oversight, marketing strategy and contract oversight.
• Strong knowledge of Industrial & Energy sectors and related market trends.
• Experience with Microsoft ecosystem capabilities (Azure, Data & AI, Copilot) and enterprise tech.
• Ability to translate client priorities into Microsoft-enabled alliance plays and GTM activities.
• Experience in alliance management, business development or sector-led growth in tech or professional services.

Responsibilities

• Execute Microsoft Industrial & Energy alliance strategy in line with Global Alliance priorities.
• Facilitate top-to-top EY and Microsoft relationship management for strategic sector opportunities.
• Drive governance with accountability across practice areas, sectors and regions.
• Provide insights to EY and Microsoft leadership on pipeline, performance and activation.
• Support activation of priority Microsoft solutions and partner programs across regions.
• Deliver alliance intelligence with financial reporting and market observations.
• Identify and activate priority accounts, including governance and contracts as needed.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and alliance governance.
