EY is seeking a Global Microsoft Industrial & Energy Alliance Relationship Director to coordinate and deliver sector-led alliance activation with Microsoft and EY leadership. The role focuses on managing day-to-day alliance relationships, governance, pipeline visibility, and compliance across priority accounts and regions.

Qualifications

• Provide leadership in relationship management, governance oversight, marketing strategy, contract management, financial management, content management, and highly organized.
• Deep Industrial & Energy industry expertise across sectors and knowledge of market trends, regulation, sustainability, supply chain, data, AI, and technology.

Responsibilities

• Execute alliance strategy in alignment with Global Alliance priorities and EY sector growth agenda.
• Facilitate top-to-top relationships and program management to mobilize on strategic sector opportunities.
• Drive governance with clear accountability across practices, sectors, accounts and regions.
• Provide actionable insights to EY leadership, including pipeline, performance and market observations.
• Support identification and activation of priority solutions and partner programs across sectors.
• Deliver alliance intelligence with financial reporting, impact, and activation insights.
• Identify and activate priority accounts, support business plans and governance.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, independence requirements and contracts as needed.
• Collaborate with enablement and Brand, Marketing and Communications teams to define sector messaging and campaign materials.
• Partner with regional leaders to execute sector marketing and enablement activities.
• Contribute to EY’s Global Alliance network through knowledge sharing and leading practices.
