EY is recruiting a Global Microsoft Industrial & Energy Alliance Relationship Director to coordinate with Microsoft Global Alliance Leadership and EY sector leadership. You will manage day-to-day alliance relationships for Industrial & Energy, driving governance, program management, and activation across priority accounts with Microsoft counterparts.

Qualifications

• Provide leadership in relationship management, governance oversight, marketing strategy, contract management, financial management, content management, operational support, and highly organized.
• Deep Industrial & Energy industry expertise across sectors, with understanding of market, regulatory, sustainability, and technology trends driving growth.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft ecosystem (Azure, Data & AI, Security, Business Applications, Copilot) and ability to map to transformation priorities.
• Translate client priorities into Microsoft-enabled alliance plays, joint go-to-market activities, pipeline acceleration and priority account activation.
• Experience in alliance management, business development, go-to-market activation or sector-led growth in tech or professional services.
• Evidence of success in building win-win alliance relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Credible communicator with strong organization and project management; track record delivering alliance sales and revenue outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Execute alliance strategy aligned with Microsoft Global Alliance priorities and EY sector growth agenda.
• Facilitate top-to-top relationships and program management to mobilize on strategic sector opportunities.
• Drive governance with clear accountability across regions and priority accounts, including activation and compliance.
• Provide actionable insights to EY and Microsoft leadership, including pipeline and market observations.
• Support activation of priority Microsoft solutions across Industrial & Energy, including regional enablement.
• Deliver alliance intelligence with financial reporting, impact, and activation insights.
