Job summary

EY is seeking a Global Microsoft Industrial & Energy Alliance Relationship Director in Boston to coordinate and deliver sector-led alliance activation. You will manage day-to-day alliance relationships, governance, and program oversight with EY leadership and Microsoft counterparts to drive growth across priority accounts.

Qualifications

• Experience in alliance management, business development or sector-led growth in a technology or professional services company.
• Proven track record delivering alliance sales, pipeline activation and revenue outcomes.
• Strong communication, organization and project management skills.
• Ability to translate sector priorities into Microsoft-enabled alliance plays and joint go-to-market activities.
• Experience building win-win alliance relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Execute Microsoft Industrial & Energy alliance strategy aligned with Global Alliance priorities and EY sector growth agenda.
• Coordinate top-to-top Microsoft and EY relationships and governance to mobilize on strategic sector opportunities.
• Drive governance with clear accountability across regions and accounts for alliance success.
• Provide actionable insights to EY and Microsoft alliance leadership including pipeline and activation status.
• Support development and activation of Microsoft priority solutions and partner programs across Industrial & Energy.
• Deliver alliance intelligence with financial reporting, partnership impact, and activation insights.
• Identify and activate priority accounts with executive relationship mapping and cadences.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, independence and commercial requirements.
• Collaborate with Brand, Marketing and Communications to define sector messaging and materials.
• Coordinate with regional leaders to execute alliance marketing and enablement activities.
• Contribute to the EY Global Alliance and Ecosystem Relationship network with best practices and market insights.
