EY seeks a Global Microsoft Industrial & Energy Alliance Relationship Director to align EY and Microsoft priorities, govern alliance programs, and drive sector activation across priority accounts. You will collaborate with EY leadership to deliver actionable insights, governance, and revenue outcomes.

You bring deep Industrial & Energy know-how, strong Microsoft ecosystem experience, and a proven track record in alliance management, cross-functional collaboration, and go-to-market execution.

Qualifications

• Leadership in relationship governance, marketing strategy, contract management, financial management, content management, and operational support.
• Deep Industrial & Energy knowledge across manufacturing, energy, oil & gas, chemicals, mining, aerospace/defense, mobility.
• Proficient with Microsoft ecosystem including Azure, Data & AI, Security, Business Applications and Copilot.

Responsibilities

• Execute alliance strategy aligned with Global priorities and EY sector growth.
• Manage top-to-top Microsoft and EY relationships and program management for strategic opportunities.
• Provide actionable insights to alliance executives including pipeline, performance, and market observations.
• Identify, develop and activate Microsoft priority solutions and partner programs.
• Deliver alliance intelligence with financial reporting, impact, and activation insights.
• Drive compliance with policies, independence, and governance.
