Job summary

EY is seeking a Global Microsoft Industrial & Energy Alliance Relationship Director to lead enterprise technology partnerships with Microsoft, aligning sector priorities to alliance-led growth.

You will manage day‑to‑day alliance activities, governance, and contract compliance while coordinating with EY Industrial & Energy leadership and Microsoft counterparts to drive field activation and revenue outcomes.

Qualifications

• Provide leadership in relationship management, governance oversight, and strategic direction.
• Deep Industries knowledge across Advanced Manufacturing, Industrial Products, Energy, and Mobility.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft ecosystem including Azure, Data & AI, Security, Copilot.

Responsibilities

• Execute alliance strategy in alignment with Global priorities and EY sector growth agenda.
• Facilitate top-to-top EY and Microsoft relationships and program management for priority opportunities.
• Drive governance with clear accountability across regions and priority accounts.
• Provide insights to EY and Microsoft leaders including pipeline, performance, and market observations.
• Support development and activation of Microsoft priority solutions across Industrial & Energy sectors.
• Deliver alliance intelligence with financial reporting and account activation insights.
• Identify and activate priority accounts and ensure compliance with alliance contracts.
